As the weekend went on, more OpenAI leaders left their jobs. The company thought about bringing back Sam Altman as CEO. But by Monday, this plan didn't work out. Then, Microsoft's CEO said Altman and Brockman would join them to start a new AI project. OpenAI chose Emmett Shear, former Twitch CEO, to run the company.

OpenAI Staff Speak Up 

Over 700 people working at OpenAI were unhappy. They wrote a letter saying they would leave if the whole board didn't change. They were upset about how things were handled. This included Mira Murati, who was the CEO for a short time.

Sam Altman Returns After lots of talks, OpenAI said Sam Altman would be the CEO again. The company also changed its board to include new people. This was a big turnaround from what happened before.

Sam Altman said he's happy to be back and wants to keep working with Microsoft. Microsoft's CEO, Satya Nadella, also said he's glad about the changes and wants to keep the partnership strong.
